Kacangma

Kacangma is my another favor's dish, which is simple & easy to cook!
Ingredients:
chicken, kacangma leaves, ginger, white wine, sesame oil, cooking oil
Steps:
1. dry fried the kacangma leaves
2. blend the ginger and get the ginger juices
3. heat the wok, put sesame oil and cooking oil, add in dried blended ginger, stir well with chicken then add in kacangma leaves, ginger juice and white wine (and abits of red wine if want), cook till the chicken is cooked, then this yummy dish is ready to be served.. enjoy~
p/s: salt not needed!
