i love my name, 沈采萱

today, i keep changing my msn display name, and at last i change it to my chinese name 沈采萱, and my aunty who don't understand chinese come to message me that she can't find me. haha.. ^^ And she asks what is 萱 means, as what i have understand, it's a plant name, but never know what does it looks like and what is the meaning.. so, i go google and found these:

姓名学字义：学识渊博，一生多才，清雅荣贵官运旺，福寿出国之字。
英文字义：只开一天的百合花 （a day lily; Hemerocallis flava）因为单朵萱草，常是凌晨开放，日暮闭合，午夜萎谢，只有一天的美丽；别名谖草、忘忧、宜男等。花色淡黄、橘红等，六至十二朵，六、七月开，呈喇叭状，极富自然美。
萱草，传说是一种能使人忘忧的草,《诗经》有云“焉得谖草，言树之背”,意思是说那能找到谖草，种在北堂上，以解忧思。古时传言，妇人佩之能生男子，故又谓宜男，后又以象征母亲，表示敬重。
