my first homecook laksa ^^
My menu of the day --- LAKSA!
The recipe is...
1. Stir-fry the laksa paste in wok, add in water, coconut santan, prawn head, chicken bones and cook for half hour.
2. Then filter it, add in salt and ajinomoto to taste
3. Soften bee-hoon with boiling water;
4. Cook the necessary amount of bean sprouts, prawns in boiling water;
5. Cook the chicken in boiling water and slide thinly
6. Fry the egg and cut thinly
7. To one bowl of bee-hoon can be added slides of chicken, prawns, eggs, bean sprouts, and then pour in the laksa solution previously cooked.
How it taste? Hmm, i think i have poured too much water, so, the taste is not thick enough, and it's like short of some taste, and quite doubt about the recipe given on laksa paste packet, cos i have put the whole packet of the paste, with the half portion of water as instructed, so it cannot be the taste not thick enough @.@ Nevermind, this is my first trial, a good start, and maybe try other laksa paste next time~ ^^
And i feel great that "I MAKE IT HAPPEN". Cheers~ ^^
