Britney vs. McDonald

Her name is Britney, my dearest cousin. She told her mum that she will cry when I am leaving.  Feel so touch.


This is first time she been McDonald, she is very excited and happy in the mini playground. =)

Rule of 72

I learned an interesting & easy rule, the Rule of 72, to get the estimation of how long an investment will double with a given rate of return, or with a target timeline, find out how much rate of return need to obtain.

A simple example:
Cymbeline bought a house for RM200K, and in 8 years time, the house's value increase to RM400K, what is the inflation rate?
Simple Answer: 72/8years= 9%

Christabel has RM60K, she wants to know when she can double her investment with the interest of 10%.
Simple Answer: 72/10= 7.2years

Interesting right? haha ^^v

以前是，Go go go, ole ole ole... here we go! ole ole ole...

久违的世杯来咯!!  每个人的嘴里讲的都是今晚谁对谁，谁会赢。。
这股盛事真的很大很大～ 连我们家的妈咪也知道今晚第一场是南非对墨西哥，问她谁会赢，她会说南非，我也说南非，她说要赌才会好看，还要赌几粒的，天啊，我的妈咪啊～ 要赌什么呢？ 我们赌红豆冰～ 所以我们要找一个说墨西哥会赢的人，那个人是我弟。他也没什么好选，因为都给我们母女先选完～ 哈哈～
